Is there a minimum contract length?

Yes — all plans require a minimum 3-month commitment. After that, the contract rolls monthly and you can cancel with one month’s notice.

What if I don’t hire anyone in a particular month?

The monthly fee covers our ongoing work on your behalf — pipeline building, candidate sourcing, and keeping your talent pool warm. Even in quieter months, we’re working to ensure you’re never starting from scratch.

How is TalentFlow different from a traditional recruitment agency?

Traditional agencies charge a placement fee every time you hire — typically 12–20% of the candidate’s salary. TalentFlow charges a flat monthly subscription. You pay the same amount whether you hire one person or five that month.

What types of roles can TalentFlow recruit for?

We recruit for a wide range of professional, technical, and operational roles across our target sectors. We don’t specialise in a single discipline — we specialise in growing businesses in the North of England. If you’re unsure whether we’re the right fit, book a call and we’ll tell you honestly.

What is the 3-month replacement guarantee?

If a candidate we place leaves within 3 months of starting (for any reason), we’ll recruit a replacement at no additional charge.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can move between plans with 30 days’ notice. Many clients start on Essential and move to Growth as their hiring volume increases.
